Iva June Simpson

Iva June Simpson passed away on June 17, 2008 in Lake Havasu City, AZ where she lived for the past 20 plus years. She was born in Omaha, NE on February 19, 1914.

She is survived by her son Ron and wife Arlene; her daughter, Barbara and husband Roger; five grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

Her life was a woven tapestry of love, kindness, generosity and family. She loved to crochet and sew. She was a remarkable woman and an inspiration to all who knew her. She made friends easily with her sunny disposition and sweet spirit. She was 94 years old and lived on her own until she was 90. She gave her heart to the Lord and is now in heaven with Jesus, her husband Ralph and her granddaughter Michelle.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, July 12, 2008, 11:00 AM at Lietz-Fraze Chapel. Words of comfort and inspiration will be presented by Chaplain Katherine Kenney.

Arrangements were placed under the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory
