Madison is survived by her parents Patrick and Rashida Suminski of Sacramento, CA; aunt, Patti Gilbertson of Lake Havasu City, AZ; grandparents, Karen and Bennie Sylvester of Antioch, CA; Vicki Cameron of Brayden, MI; and Pat Suminski, St. Rose, MT. "Madison is Mommy and Daddy's little Angel". "We will always have you in our hearts". Funeral services will be held at Our Lady of the Lake Roman Catholic Church on Friday, September 8, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. with Father Mike Ashibuogwu officiating. Burial will follow at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens, Lake Havasu City, AZ. Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
