| Carol Joan Velner, 64, passed away on Sunday, January 29, 2006 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born on December 25, 1941 in Los Angeles, CA. Carol moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ; 28 years ago from Encinitas, CA. She worked as a bank teller for 19 years with her latest employer being Compass Bank. Carol enjoyed bowling and traveling to Laughlin with her husband and had just spent their 47th anniversary in Laughlin. In her earlier years Carol enjoyed playing volleyball and cards with her friends. She was also a collector of Angels. Carol is survived by her husband Edward C. Velner, daughters Jeannine Henschel of Vista, CA; Debbie Born and Teresa Velner both of Lake Havasu City, AZ; brother Bobby Cruse, sisters Kathy Severson, Marla Henderson, Marsha Kessler and 8 grandchildren.
