| Ruth E. Young, 66, passed away on Sunday, March 6, 2005 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born on October 24, 1938 in Dedham, MA. Ruth moved to Lake Havasu City AZ 32 years ago from Windsor Locks, CT. She worked as a line worker for McCulloch Corp. in Lake Havasu City, AZ; for 20 years. Ruth was an avid animal lover. Ruth is survived by her son Robert J. Young and wife Dianne of Bonneylake, WA; daughter Robin J. Thomas and husband Brian of Sumner, WA; brothers Lewis R. Mendall and wife Joyce of Lake Havasu City, AZ; Ralph H. Mendall of Bellingham, MA; sisters Barbara A. Hutchins of Slattersville, R.I., Nancy J. Johnson and husband Bob of Lake Havasu City, AZ; grandchildren Samantha, Quincy, Alysha and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister Nieta R. De Motte. A graveside inurnment will be held at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens on Friday, March 11, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. Donations may be made in Ruth's name to Western Arizona Human Society, 1100 Empire Dr., Lake Havasu City, AZ; 86404.
