The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona - 03/21/2003 Jack Lain "Jack" Allee Jack L. Allee, 64, died March 13, 2003 in Show Low. Mr. Allee was born in Los Angeles, California to Harry Ray Allee and Alice Lucille Allee (Almos), who are deceased. He ministered to churches in Ohio and California. In Arizona, he was the Administrator for the American Indian Christian Mission for 10 years. For the past nine years he has been the minister to the White Mountain Christian Church of Show Low. Survivors include wife, Diane; two children; son, David A. Allee, stationed in Germany and a daughter, Rachel M. Underwood of Visalia, California; three brothers, Rodney Allee of Lancaster, California, Timothy Allee of Rialto, California, Robert Allee of Kansas City, Missouri; two sisters, Gloria Eyman of Cottage Grove, Oregon, Noreen McDougall of Poway, California; six nieces and five nephews as well as three granddaughters. Memorial services will be Saturday, March 22 at the American Indian Christian Mission in Linden. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be sent to the Taylor House Flagstaff Medical Center, 1431 N. San Francisco St., Flagstaff, AZ 86001 (where Jack and Diane stayed during his cancer treatment) or American Indian Christian Mission, 924 Mission Lane, Lot No. 1, Show Low, AZ 85901.
