| The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona March 19, 2003 Jack Lemberg, age 91, passed away March 18, 2003 in Phoenix. He was born Dec. 28, 1911 in Warsaw, Poland. He came to America in 1927 and grew up in New York City. He was married to Rose ZUCKERMAN in 1935. She preceded him in death in 2002. Jack came to the Valley in 1949, and was member of B'nai B'rith. He is survived by his sons Milton (Barbara), Fred (Ellen) and Raymond (Sally); brothers Charlie and Irving; ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Beth El Cemetery, 2300 W.
