The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, February 23, 1972 Hazel V. Sullivan, 52, died Feb. 20, 1972, at the Memorial Hospital in Phoenix. Born Oct. 9, 1919, at Holdenville, Okla., she came to Prescott ten years ago from Flagstaff. She and her husband operated the Cash and Carry Drive-In Milk Shop on W. Goodwin Street from 1962 to 1964. She was also employed at the Mule Shoe Ranch from 1964 to 1971. She is survived by her husband, Lloyd of Prescott; two sons, Jimmy and Johnny, both of Phoenix; three sisters, Mrs. Ola Williams of Woodland, Calif., Mrs. Velta Pope of Olethe, Colo., and Mrs. Mamie Lucas of Holdenville, Okla. and one brother, Elmer Brewer, of Holdenville, Okla. and seven grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted at the Hampton Funeral Home Feb. 23. Interment was in the Mountain View Cemetery. |
