The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Friday, February 25, 1972 Walter L. Dickson, Sr., 72, of 1054 Iron Springs Road, died yesterday, Feb. 24, 1972, at Yavapai Community Hospital. Born Aug. 2, 1899 in Camp Verde, he moved to Prescott in 1927. He retired in 1965 after having worked for 38 ½ years as a grader operator for Yavapai County. Survivors include his wife, Mary, a son, Walter, Jr., and a daughter, Mrs. Nona Divin, all of Prescott; two sisters, Mrs. Arintha Wilson, of Cottonwood, and Mrs. Stella Love, of Chino Valley and five grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 28 at Ruffner Funeral Home with the Rev. Marlin Hall of the Miller Valley Baptist Church officiating. Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery.
