The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Tuesday, March 14, 1972 Nancy Catherine (Cappy) Bozarth Services for Nancy Catherine (Cappy) Bozarth will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, at the First Congregational Church in Prescott. Interment will follow in the family plot at Mountain View Cemetery. Mrs. Bozarth, a 75 year resident of Prescott, died Monday morning at the Yavapai Community Hospital. She is survived by her husband, Orville D., a pioneer rancher of Yavapai County and former sheriff. Also surviving are four nieces, Mrs. Leona Mullineaux, Farmington, N.M., Mrs. Norman Favour, also of Farmington, Mrs. Betty Farmer, Needles, Calif. and Mrs. June Stevens, Australia; three nephews, Robert A. Robbins, Denver, Colo., Richard O. Robbins, Wilton, Conn., and Tim Robbins of Prescott. Mrs. Bozarth was born Nov. 23, 1889, in David City, Neb. And came to Prescott when a child of seven. She attended Prescott public schools, as well as the University of Colorado at Boulder. As a young woman she was a dental assistant to the late Dr. Ralph Roper of Prescott. Mr. and Mrs. Bozarth were married on March 23, 1910 and have resided at the family home at 208 N. McCormick St. for over half a century. Mrs. Bozarth was closely identified with a number of social, cultural and civic activities of the community her entire lifetime. She was a charter member of the Yavapai Cowbelles, the Women’s Auxiliary of the Yavapai Cattlegrowers Association and a lifetime member of the First Congregational Church. Officiating at the services will be Dr. Charles Franklin Parker and Dr. Stuart Leroy Anderson. Friends may call at Ruffner Funeral Home Thursday evening from 3 to 8 p.m. The family suggests memorials to the Heart Association, 2205 Nolte Drive, Prescott, or the Yavapai Cancer Unit, 930 Black Drive, Prescott.
