| The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona 05/22/2009 Judy Meador, 67, died Saturday, May 16, 2009, at Summit Regional Healthcare in Show Low. She was born Jan. 8, 1942, in Douglas to Charles Preston Atherton and Mary Agnes Jones. Judy worked for the Round Valley Middle and Intermediate Schools in various positions. She loved casinos and playing cards. She also loved camping and fishing and traveling with her family. Judy is survived by her husband, Bob Meador of Eagar; sons Tim (Kathryn) Meador of Madison, Va., and Rodney Meador of Eagar; five grandchildren, Derek, Ryne, Shari, Robert and Dawson; and three great grandchildren, Aiden, Jordan and Corin. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Charles Atherton. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 20, at 11 a.m. with visitation one hour prior at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Stake Center in Eagar.
