In loving memory of Cody Lane Cosay, known as "Geronimo."

Cody, the Falcon, was escorted to the family home by the Alchesay Falcon athletes Thursday, March 19, at 10 a.m. for a two-night wake.

Cody is survived by his mother, Denise Deedee Lupe; his father, Nathaniel Cosay Sr.; brother Lydell Quintero; sisters Kirstin Lupe and Brittney Cosay; stepsister Darrilynn Burnette; stepbrother Nathaniel Cosay Jr.; grandmothers Charlene Lupe and Dollie Guy; godmother Malinda Amos; godfather Major Susan; aunts Pam, Mary and Ruby Lupe, Kathy Red Bird, Janice Joplin and Nita Quintero; uncles Luppino Lupe, Jess Quintero Jr., Nobert Quintero and Wayland Altaha Jr., four traditional godsisters, Denise Titla, Kirsten Duncan and Fayrene and Farrin Holden.

He was preceded in death by his grandpa, Adam Lupe Sr.

A rosary was held Thursday, March 19, and another will be held Friday, March 20, at 7 p.m. followed by a eulogy service. The last viewing will end at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 21.

The last "ride" will be at 10:45 a.m., lead by uncle Gary Kniffen and the Rez Riders from Cody's home to the Chief Alchesay Activity Center where the funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. Father Eddie Fronske will officiate.

Interment will follow at the Whiteriver Cemetery.
