Elsie M. Holt, 82, passed, away on April 1, 2006. She was a 49-year resident of Prescott and a faithful member of the First Southern Baptist Church.

Her husband of 68 years, William (Joe) Holt, predeceased her in October 2004.

Elsie was a homemaker. She made the best sandwiches of all types and loved to travel anywhere at anytime with little notice. She was also an avid fan of amateur radio, her call letters fittingly known as K7NQG - nice quiet girl. She will be lovingly remembered for her devotion to her family.

She is survived by her daughter, Donna Paul and husband, James; and her great-granddaughter, Onnastasia of Germantown, Maryland; son, Daniel Holt and wife, Bobbie; and their four children of Phoenix, Arizona.

Memorial donations may be made to Prescott Hospice Family Care, 100 East Sheldon St., Prescott, Ariz., 86301.

Private internment will be held at Heritage Memorial Park in Dewey, Arizona.

All arrangements are being handled by Heritage Memory Mortuary, Prescott, Arizona.
