Wanda J. Wildman, 54, of Phoenix, went to join our Heavenly Father on December 27th, 2003.

Survived by her Mother Lila and Step-Father Oscar Skaggs, Sister Sonja, Nephews Randy and Ryan, Nieces Renae and Renna.

Wanda worked for the City of Phoenix in a number of non-traditional jobs in the Aviation, Personnel, Water, and Public Works Departments. She retired on December 31, 2001 as a Solid Waste Administrator. She was responsible for establishing the City's Household Waste Program and its expansion into a regional program. She was named Public Works Department Employee of the Year. She served on the Board of Directors of Phoenix Clean and Beautiful, and was a wonderful team builder.

She loved the beach, golf, water snow skiing, jogging, swimming, reading business news, shopping and had a great love for animals.

We say "Thank you" Wanda for sharing your life with us, your sense of humor, and the countless memories we shall always have with us. You will always be with us.

A Celebration of Wanda's life held at A. L. Moore-Grimshaw Mortuary, 710 W. Bethany Home Rd. Phoenix.
