| The White Mountain Independent Show Low, Arizona - 08/19/2005 Elvis Allen Declay went home to be with the Lord Aug. 15, 2005 in Whiteriver. He was born April 13, 1972 in Phoenix. He will be dearly missed by all. Elvis is survived by his wife Mavis Declay; son Cisco Thomas Declay; daughters Chantel Bree Declay, Zoey Little Eagle Declay; father Jerris Declay; mother Judy Declay; sisters Otilda Declay, Jessica Declay Hill, Erica Declay; brother-in-law Daniel Larzelere; sister-in-law Karol Larzelere and Kristy Pinal. He was preceded in death by mother-in-law Roberta Dazen Garcia; grandmother Dollie Declay; uncle Donnie Declay; and in-law Leroy Pinal. A wake will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 20 at his residence, 5905 N. 1st Ave. in Diamond Creek in Whiteriver. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 21 at the St. Francis Church in Whiteriver. Interment will be at the Whiteriver Cemetery.
