Paul Dunlap, 51 of Whiteriver, died Oct. 13, 2006.

Paul was born Feb. 25, 1955 in Whiteriver to Willie and Vera Dunlap. As a young boy, Paul's family lived in Globe and Paul went to grade school there. The family moved back to Whiteriver where Paul loved to go fishing. He loved to fish at Sunrise Lake. The family spent many hours together in the outdoors. Paul worked at FATCO as a welder for many years. He loved to dance and would attend Sunrise dances and other social events. He loved country music. He loved his friends and spent many hours with them. Paul kept up his yard and he enjoyed working in it. Paul's favorite foods were beans and fry bread and other tennis racquet food. He loved his nieces and nephews. Paul will be missed by all.

Paul is survived by two sisters, June and Kristy; two brothers, Harold and David; many nieces and nephews, and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Vera Dunlap.

A wake will take place at the Dunlap residence beginning Thursday, Oct. 19 and will continue until the service on Saturday, Oct. 21 at the Open Bible Lutheran Church in Whiteriver. Interment will be at the Whiteriver Cemetery.

Owens Mortuary of Show Low handled the arrangements.
