| The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona June 29, 2002 Thomas C. Neal who passed suddenly at his Scotts Valley, California home. He was 69. A native of San Francisco, California, a fact he was very proud of. He was a graduate of Lincoln High School in San Francisco and U.C. Berkeley. He served in the U.S. Army. A resident of Litchfield, Arizona and he also had a home in Scotts Valley, California. He was the former owner of Brooks Equipment Company. His survivors include his wife of forty six years, Tobianne NEAL of Scotts Valley and Litchfield Park, AZ; daughter, Melinda BASTEDO of West Sacramento; sons, Peter NEAL of Charlotte, NC, David NEAL of Litchfield Park, AZ and Jeffrey NEAL of South Lake Tahoe. He was also survived by nine grandchildren and one niece. A memorial service will be held at Mount Hermon Christian Conference Center, Conference Dr., Mount Hermon, CA and at the First Baptist Church of Litchfield Park, AZ. Interment will be in Skylawn Memorial Park, San Mateo, California. Arrangements are under the direction of Benito & Azzaro's Pacific Gardens Chapel, 1050 Cayuga St., Santa Cruz, CA.
