| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Saturday, July 25, 2009 Stephanie Helene Muehleisen, 67, passed away July 23, 2009, in Prescott. She was born in Newport News, Va., to Arthur and Dorothy Samet, who preceded her in death. Stephanie was a resident in Prescott for six years. She is survived by her husband James E. Muehleisen of Prescott; her daughter Kristen Salas of Temecula, Calif.; grandchildren Vincente and Miguel Salas; sister Dr. Julie McCammon of Clarksburg, W.Va.; and brother Dr. Jonathan Samet of Pasadena, Calif. A graveside service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 28, 2009, at Peninsula Memorial Park, Newport News, Va. Memorial contributions may be made to Yavapai Regional Medical Center Foundation, 1003 Willow Creek Road, Prescott, Ariz., 86301. Hampton Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
