| The White Mountain Independent Show Low, Arizona - Phillip Ray Edwards 01/07/2003 Phillip Ray Edwards, 68, died Dec. 18, 2002 in Phoenix. He was born June 13, 1934 in Whiteriver and resided there. Phillip is survived by his sisters, Regina Baca, Ramona Declay-Marco; brothers, Anderson Edwards, Robinson Declay, Robert Declay, Jr. and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends. Home service was held Saturday, Jan. 4 with Pastor Jack Townsend officiating. Interment will be in Whiteriver Cemetery. Silver Creek Chapel Mortuary of Whiteriver handled arrangements.
