| The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona 01/21/2003 Elgin Polk (01/21/1947-01/08/2003) Elgin was born March 21, 1947 in San Carlos and lived in Whiteriver. He is survived by daughters, Elgina Polk and Sharon Polk; son, Darin D. Polk; brother, Elhart Polk, and 11 grandchildren. A wake will be held at Elgina Polk's residence in Whiteriver Friday, Jan. 17 at 10 a.m. Funeral services will be held Sunday, Jan. 19 at 7 Mile Miracle Church at 2 p.m. with Pastor Dr. Timothy Hinton officiating.
