Lynne de Matties, (formerly Lynne MOMBERGER and Lynne RELFE) Loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother, died tragically on February 11, 2005, at the age of 57 while on vacation with her husband, Nick, in San Francisco.

Lynne was an honors student at Tolleson High School and later Cortez High School and attended the University of Arizona for three years before finishing her degree at Arizona State University.

An avid reader, eloquent writer and gifted pianist, she majored in English and music. Lynne started in the work force as a legal secretary and eventually went on to excel in management. When she left us she was a Vice President of Human Resources at Forever Living Products, International. Lynne was proud of her work and had a strong work ethic which inspired her family and friends.

Lynne married her first love, Craig MOMBERGER, in 1968, and they went on to raise daughter, Karla, and son, Kurt. Their marriage ended in 1988. Lynne married Nick de MATTIES in 1993, gaining not only a devoted husband but also two loving sons, Seth and Nicholas de MATTIES.

Lynne spent her free time volunteering her time at the Sojourner Center for Women, reading, and enjoying her family and friends. For vacations she and Nick spent their time on trips to exotic places around the world. She was a great supporter of the arts and a passionate supporter of causes of all kinds. She was a rock of strength for many and she will be sorely missed.
