The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona 08/17/2004 Della Rogers Denham, 82, died Aug. 12, 2004 at Navapache Regional Medical Center in Show Low. Della, a native of Arizona has lived in Pinetop for the past 2 1/2 years. She was a member of the the LDS church, where she loved her work in the Relief Society and was a longtime school teacher in Higley, Snowflake and Thatcher. She is survived by her sons Charles M. (Ruth), Walter J. (Vonnie); daughters Sue Kimbal (Robert), Buni, Trelva (Mark L.); brothers and four sisters, 17 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband J.M. Denham. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Aug. 18 at 8 a.m. at the LDS Church Pinetop Lakes Chapel, 4075 Buck Springs Road with a viewing one hour prior to service. Burial will be held following the service at the Shumway Cemetery in Shumway. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Heart Association or American Diabetic Association.
