Edna O. (Bakke) Davis

Edna O. Davis, 81, of Oracle, passed away Sept. 8, 2002.

Born in Gilford, Montana Feb. 1, 1921, to Peter and Serena Bakke, she retired from Pinal County Juvenile Probation Office after 20 years of service.

She was a past docent for the Oracle Historical Society and was a championship amateur golfer in southern Arizona for a number of years. She was also a world traveler.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James S. Davis.

Survivors include brothers, Alf (Mabel) Bakke and James Bakke; children, Tana C. Scott, Randy (Pat) Davis and Jackie (Hank) Buzan; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren plus an extended family of cousis, nephews and great-nephews and great-nephews and great-nieces.

Donations can be made to the American Cancer Society or any local children’s organization.

A private family memorial service is being planned.
