| Donna Pearl Crookston Nielsen, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away July 11, 2006 in Mesa, AZ. She was born in Murray, UT on July 28, 1940, the daughter of Vernon and Wanda Crookston. Preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Nathan and Robert Crookston. Donna graduated from the BYU College of Nursing in 1962, as a RN she served in the Navy Nurse Corp from 1962-64. On March 24, 1966 she married Reed C. Nielsen in the SL Temple and was sealed for time and eternity. She dedicated her life to her family and church service. Donna is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Reed, her 5 children: Natalee (Keith) Fehr, Lori, Julie (Mark) Gambell, Andrew (Carrie), and Debra, and 10 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 14, 2006 at the LDS church located at 1315 S 24th St, Mesa, AZ 85204. There will be a Visitation with the family and Viewing Thursday, July 13, 2006 from 6 p.m.-8 p.m. and again Friday morning from 9:30 a.m.-10:45 a.m. |
