The White Mountain Independent Show Low, Arizona 04/18/2003 Royal Terrence "Shorty" Reidhead,71, died Monday, April 14, 2003 in Mesa. He was born in Show Low and has lived here all his life. Shorty owned many businesses in the community and was a hard worker. He was very involved in the communities of Taylor and Show Low in building and beautifying. He was a dedicated member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Show Low First Ward. Shorty was a loving husband, father and grandfather who will be greatly missed. Shorty is survived by his wife Jean Reidhead of Show Low; two sons, Howard LeWayne Reidhead of Taylor and Patrick Kent Reidhead of White Mountain Lake; three daughters, Teri Jean Reidhead Merrill of Show Low, Tami Jane Nikolaus of Taylor and Trina Sue Stock of Show Low; one brother, Doy J. Reidhead of Holbrook; one sister, Sally Pew of Show Low; 25 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Friday, April 18 at the Show Low Downtown Chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Interment will be in the Taylor Cemetery.
