The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Tuesday, March 28, 1972 Charles Earl Goldsmith, 70, of 411 Sun St. died Saturday, March 25, 1972 at his home. Born Jan. 16, 1902 at Campbell, Mo., he moved to Prescott in 1967 from Wichita, Kansas. He had operated farms before moving west, and for the last four years had worked in the housekeeping department at Yavapai Community Hospital. Mr. Goldsmith was a member of the First Southern Baptist Church at Campbell, Mo. and the I.O.O.F. Lodge here. Survivors include his widow Adeline, three daughters, Mrs. Kattie Lou Tune of Oswego, Ill., Mrs. Helen Peterson of Campbell, Mo., and Mrs. Dorothy Fleicher of DeSota, Kan.; six sons, Dale and Ronnie, Campbell, Mo., Floyd, Wichita, Kan., Charles Jr., San Martin, Calif., Don Aurora, Ill. and Doyle Gene of Piano, Ill.; two sisters and four brothers out of state; 46 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted by Rev. Marlin Hall at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 29 at the First Southern Baptist, Church, Gurley at Virgnia streets. Graveside services will be conducted by the officers, of Arizona I.O.O.F. Lodge No. 1 at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery following the church cervices. Ruffner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
