| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Friday, July 31, 2009 Joyce Carter, 82, of Prescott, Ariz., born Aug. 10, 1926, in Brigham City, Utah, passed away July 28, 2009, at Las Fuentes Care Center in Prescott. A private cremation will take place at the Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley, Ariz. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements. ----------------------------------------- Joyce Carter 8/10/1926 - 7/28/2009 Joyce Carter died Tuesday, July 28, 2009 at Las Fuentes Care Center in Prescott, Arizona. She was born August 10, 1926 in Brigham City, UT; the daughter of Henry and Eunice (Randle) Ashcroft. Joyce was 82 years old. Joyce was a member of the Red Hats Society and enjoyed gardening, painting, crafts and sewing. She loved spending time with her family and friends, that included her family of pets. Joyce was most proud of her daughters, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by her daughters; Cathy & Bob Cooper of Los Angeles, CA, Judy & Mike Foit of Prescott Valley, AZ, granddaughter Kimberly and great-grandchildren; Bryce, Courtney, and Amber. Joyce is also survived by her brother, Richard Ashcroft and sister Suzy & Jack Liggitt. Arizona Ruffner Funeral Home, Prescott, Arizona. |
