Abraham Belin
(October 15, 1910 - January 21, 2008)

Abraham Belin, age 97, passed away January 21, 2008. Abraham was born October 15, 1910 in Na`Ah-Tee Canyon, Arizona. He served in the United States Army during WWII from 1943-1945.

Abraham's name in the Navajo language means "Many Horses". He was in construction and ranching in which he worked hard his whole life to support his family.

He is survived by his wife, Lovey Belin; 7 children, Frank Belin, Doris Jackson, Perry Belin, Melvin Belin, Albert Belin, Ambrose Belin, and Jackson Belin; 2 brothers, Kee Nez, Frank Nez; 24 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild.

Services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Friday, January 25, 2008 at The Holbrook Stake Center The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints with a visitation 1 hour prior to the services. Interment will be at the Holbrook Cemetery.
