| The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona October 20, 2004 E. Carl Mosca. Born January 29, 1949, entered into rest October 16, 2004. A current resident of Los Angeles, Carl died suddenly while visiting his family in Phoenix. He is survived by his brother, Emilio "Jr." Mosca, his sister-in-law, Pamela Mosca, his nephew, Vincent Mosca, and a dear friend, Jim Sage.
