| The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona March 6, 2006 Kathleen Whinfield, 55, of Scottsdale, AZ, passed away March 4, 2005. Born in Long Beach, CA, she has lived in Arizona for 18 years. Her daughter Rikki Clark; father Ken Whinfield; husband Ted Blondal; sister Colleen Frittmann and 5 nieces survive her.
