Annie E. Gobble of Wickenburg, did Jan. 9 in Sun City West. She was 94.

Mrs. Gobble was born Nov. 1, 1900 in Socorro, N.M. She had lived in Arizona for 85 years, moving here as a child in 1909.

Mrs. Gobble was a lady who was well-thought of, and kind to everyone she met and knew. Her hobbies included arts and crafts.

Mrs. Gobble was preceded in death by her husband, Huy T. Gobble, in 1983.

Survivors include a son, Chester Davis of Wickenburg; three daughters, Mary Ellen Basham of Wickenburg, Margaret Parrish of Blythe, Calif. and Tommie McFarland of Wickenburg; two sisters, Myrtle Melott of Springfield, Or., and Alvie Kirby of Wickenburg; one brother, Donald Davis of Roosevelt Gardens; and an aunt, Pearl New of Phoenix, who is 107 years of age.

Services are scheduled for 3 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 12 at the Wickenburg Municipal Cemetery. Pastor Mike Abdollahzadeh of the First Southern baptist Church will officiate.

All arrangements were handled by Brown's Wickenburg Funeral Home.
