| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Saturday, August 08, 2009 Winifred Margaret Blair died July 19, 2009, at age 98. She was born in Kingman, Arizona on March 5, 1911, to Nora Ealy and James David Jordan. Winifred was predeceased in 1995 by her husband, Johnnie Mack Blair. She was primarily a homemaker, but also was the school secretary at Kingman High School and Prescott Junior High School. She is survived by four children, Ann Smith, Bill (Evelyn) Blair, Nora (Stan) Townsend, and James Blair. Grandchildren include Bill (Diane) Townsend, Mike (Jennifer) Townsend, DiAn (Karl) Obergh; Lisa Blair, Elisa (Jon) Pickette, Sarah Blair, John Blair; and David Smith. Their great-grandchildren include Paige and Blake Townsend; Ryan, Maxx, and Hannah Townsend; Dani and James Obergh; Rachel Blair; Cade and Brody Pickette; Alexis and Luke Blair. The family thanks the Beatitudes. Campus and Hospice of the Valley for the loving care shown to Winifred. A celebration of life service will be held for Winifred and Johnnie at Mountain View Cemetery in Kingman on their wedding anniversary, August 18, 2009. Information provided by survivors.
