Tony Max Aaroe, loving husband, father, grandfather and friend passed away Saturday, August 9, 2003 at the age of 62.

His love for June, his bride of 32 years and his family along with his passion for boating, fishing, golfing and hunting were the qualities that will make him sadly missed by all that knew and loved him.

He then worked for a plastic manufacturer in Los Angeles and then moved to Phoenix and started Western Packaging with his wife in 1973. Years of hard work and dedication afforded him the luxury of semi-retiring in 1997. At that time he enjoyed spending time with his wife, family and friends, hiking the Grand Canyon, traveling and pursuing his passions.

He is survived by his wife June; son Shawne (Lisa) AAROE; daughters Jennifer (Jesse) TARAZON and Nancy AAROE; stepson Scott (Amy) PALOMAKI; mother Inez AAROE; brothers Gale and Murrel, Jr. and six grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his father Murrel AAROE. Services at Falconer Funeral Home, 251 W. Juniper Ave., Gilbert, AZ.
