Frances Helen Leivian, 57, passed away peacefully August 21, 2004 surrounded by her family. Fran was born April 29, 1947 in Saginaw, Michigan, daughter of Tony and Mary KARABA.

She moved to Phoenix with her family in 1951 at the age of 4. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, and friend.

Fran was a beautiful woman who dedicated her life to raising her six children and creating a loving home alongside her husband. One of her greatest joys was to share her last miraculous years with her grandchildren whom she loved dearly.

Fran extended her love to so many friends and families, especially throughout the Catholic Church Community. She was so privileged to share in so many lives and we were all honored to share in hers.

Through her undying faith, the Lord gave her the will and courage to battle breast cancer for over nine years. We are so proud of her and thank God for blessing us with her life.

She is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Bob; daughters Lisa (Jon), Kara, Amy (Chris); sons Bobby (Danielle), Matt, Joe; grandchildren Nolan, Gus, Cal, Baby Horn; sister Carm; brothers Vince, Sam, Mart; and numerous other family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents Tony and Mary; brothers Joe and Tony.

She will be remembered in all of our hearts whose lives she has touched throughout the years.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Fran's memory to The Susan G. Komen Foundation, PO Box 650309, Dallas, TX 75265. Rosary at St. Francis Xavier Church, 4715 N. Central Avenue. Funeral Mass will also at St. Francis Xavier Church.
