Marjorie Larson Ingebrigtsen was born September 22, 1920 in Mora, Minnesota.

She was a graduate of the University of Minnesota.

She met her husband, Leonard, while serving in the WACS.

She enjoyed biking, canoeing in The Canadian boundary waters and travel in general. She was a gardener extraordinaire a voracious reader, and loved music, especially from her kids and grandkids. She had been an Arizona resident since 1951. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was a devoted Girl Scout leader, teacher and tutor. She was the heart of our family and will be missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents Elmer and Myrna Larson, her sister Virginia Patterson and infant daughter Lisa. She is survived by her husband, Leonard; children, Steve and wife Pricilla, Richard and wife Wendy, Karin Hetsler and husband Steve; 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Tom Larson and sisters Patricia Slijk and Barbara Hochrein.

Visitation was on Tuesday, 11/4/03 at Meldrum Mortuary & Chapel, 52 North Macdonald, Mesa Az. Funeral services were held on Wed., 11/5/03 at the Saint Matthews United Methodist Church, 2540 W. Baseline Rd, Mesa Az. Arrangements by Meldrum Mortuary & Chapel.
