| The Camp Verde Bugle, Camp Verde, Arizona Saturday, August 01, 2009 Geraldine Annabelle Mathe, 88, of Cornville passed away July 29, 2009. She was born September 7, 1920 in Topeka, Kan., to Albert and Clara (Meier) Richardson. Geraldine worked as a Licensed Vocational Nurse for many years at Hazel Hawkins Memorial Hospital in Hollister, Calif. She loved to collect dolls and stuffed animals. She was a devout Roman Catholic. She is survived by her sons, Donald Mathe and Joseph Mathe of Cottonwood, Arizona; her daughter, Karen Simmons of Santa Rosa, California; seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Geraldine will rest with her beloved husband, Clifford F. Mathe at Golden Gate National Cemetery, San Bruno, California.
