Ivis Fuller Farr, born March 27, 1921, Mesa, Arizona, to Ralph and Hortense McClellan Fuller, died July 6, 2009, Cottonwood, Az.

Mom graduated from Mesa Union High School, attended Arizona State Teachers College in Flagstaff.

Married Lorin Myles Farr, Jr., Sept. 14, 1940, Tempe, Az. Lived two years in Eager, Az, 46 years in Fredonia, Az, and 15 years in Annabella, Ut.

Dad died Nov. 3, 2002, and then Mom moved to Cottonwood, Az. in 2003.

Mom planted trees (on the cheap) wherever she lived. She learned how to control gophers with a shovel! Mom had many callings in the LDS Church.

Survived by Adele (Richard) Dorsey, Patricia Nicks, Bess (Tom) Christensen, David (Elaine) Farr and Jon Farr. Also siblings, Bob (Glenell) Fuller, Clifford (Carolyn) Fuller, Esther Dial, Helen (Kerry) Frost and Glenda Fuller. Proceeded in death by Lorin Myles Farr III (oldest child); brothers and sister, Gerald and Milton Fuller and Madge Fuller Shelley.

In respect of Mom's wishes, there will be no funeral. A celebration party will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the LDS Church Missionary Fund in her name.
