The Camp Verde Bugle, Camp Verde, Arizona Saturday, July 25, 2009 Erma May Parker, 91, of Cornville died July 22, 2009 at her home. She was born October 21, 1917, in Cahone, Colo., the daughter of Calvin and Mary (Ogden) Fink. She graduated from Huntington Park High School in Huntington Park, Calif. Mrs. Parker worked for the Flagstaff Housing Authority. She was a past president of the American Legion Auxiliary, a 4-H leader, a Cub Scout leader and a past president of the Garden Club. She enjoyed square dancing, crocheting, gardening, rock hunting and RV camping. Her husband Henry "Hank" Parker, and a son, Ronald Parker, preceded her in death. She leaves her sons Howard Parker of Houston, Texas, Darrold Parker (Joy) of Mesa, Roy Parker (Tina) of Baker, Florida, Stan Parker of Phoenix, Rick Parker (Laura) of Flagstaff daughters Dorothy Parker of Cottonwood and Pola Stradling (Allen) of Cornville; 27 grandchildren; 85 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 28 in the Westcott Funeral Home from 5-7 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 29 in the funeral home at 10 a.m..
