The Camp Verde Bugle, Camp Verde, Arizona Thursday, July 23, 2009 Antonio R. Frasquillo, 68, of Camp Verde died July 21. He was born December 3, 1940 in Bacuachi, Sonora, Mexico, the son of Policarpo and Herminia (Fimbres) Frasquillo. He was a heavy equipment operator who retired in June 2006. He was a member of Operating Engineers Local 428. He is remembered as a great husband, great provider, great father to his five children and his eleven grandchildren and his great-grandchild. His hobbies include camping, hunting, fishing, wood cutting, reading westerns, baseball-especially the Diamondbacks. He leaves his wife of 48 years, Socorro Frasquillo; a son Policarpo Frasquillo (Angie) of Phoenix; daughters, Frances Acosta (Daniel) of Phoenix, Adela Samudin (Albert) of Camp Verde, Teresa Taylor (Clay) of Louisiana and Isabel Davis (Bill) of New River; eleven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. A visitation will be held Monday, July 27 at the Westcott Funeral Home in Cottonwood with the recitation of the Rosary at 6 PM. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church in Camp Verde at 10 AM. Burial will follow in Middle Verde Cemetery.
