Ralph Singleton, 93, of Sedona, died July 16 at his home. He was born Jan. 13, 1916, in Duluth, Minnesota, the son of Secord and Helen Singleton.

He served his country in the Navy during World War II.

Mr. Singleton retired from his own electrical repair business in California in 1981.

He was a life member of the Lions Club, holding membership in the Camp Verde Lions Club but visited and was known to all Verde Valley clubs. He was awarded the Melvin Jones Fellowship from Lions International. He was an enthusiastic RVer and attended many Winnebago events and rallies.

He is preceded in death by his wife Catherine and his dear campanion of later years, Frances Snyder.

He leaves a daughter Mary Power (John) of Calif.; a son Dennis of Va.; a brother Glenn of Ga.; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 25 in the Westcott Funeral Home at 10:30 a.m. A reception will follow in the funeral home reception room.
