Deborah Jeanne (Nattell) Miller

Deborah Jeanne Miller, age 42, passed away on Saturday, March 20, 2004, while on a cruise off Australia. Deborah was born in Albany, New York on July 18, 1961 to Ann M. NATTELL and Daniel Joel NATTELL, deceased.

She had been very active in school with scholastics, music and theatre education. Deborah was also very successful on the speech teams. She attended Arizona State University and was a member of the ASU marching band. She graduated with a BA from Ottowa University in Phoenix. She was also a registered nurse at Good Samaritan Hospital.

Deborah had survived double transplants of a kidney and pancreas on December 28, 1995 and a second kidney transplant on October 3, 2002, which was donated by her sister Nancie DODGE.

She was also an outstanding speaker for Donor Network of Arizona.

Deborah Jeanne NATTELL MILLER is survived by her loving husband, Craig Allen MILLER, her sisters, Nancie Ann DODGE (Dr. Andrew DODGE) Scottsdale, Suzann Mary HAMILTON (Edmond HAMILTON) Phoenix, and her brother, Dr. Daniel Francis NATTELL, Watertown, NY. She is also survived by nieces, Dana and Delanie DODGE and Desiree NATTELL, and nephews, Daniel James NATTELL and Samuel Fuller DODGE.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to American Diabetes Association or the Arizona Kidney Foundation. Viewing at Hansens Desert Hills Chapel, 6500 E. Bell Rd. Funeral Mass at St. Paul's Catholic Church, 330 W. Coral Gables Dr., and Third Ave., Phoenix.
