Danelle Louise Marsh Blair, 48, beloved wife, mother, daughter and sister returned to our Heavenly Father March 6, 2006. She passed away quietly with her family around her. She was born Oct. 28, 1957 in Denver, Colorado to Donna Lee Young Marsh and Harold Max Marsh. She graduated from South East High School in Wichita, Kansas in 1975. She then attended Ricks College and went on to Brigham Young University where she graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work. Danelle married George Elden Blair in the Mesa Arizona Temple June 11, 1982. They moved to Chicago where Elden completed Optometry school before settling with their family in Snowflake. Danelle was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in many callings in the church. Her favorite calling was that of wife and mother. She was active in the many communities that she lived in, always being involved in the human aspect of people. She spent many years being concerned for her children and those she loved while battling Multiple Sclerosis. She valiantly fought each day showing the importance of life to those around her. She cherished her family and was exceptionally loyal to them. Danelle is survived by her husband, Elden; children Lindsay and Mitchell; her mother, Donna Lee Marsh of Salt Lake City; three sisters, Cassandra Howard of Draper, Utah, Michelle (Nate) Hanks of Sandy, Utah, Tracey (Mark) Webb of Frankfurt, Germany; one brother, Robert (Windi) Marsh of Draper, Utah; she is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews who loved their Aunt Danelle. She was preceded in death by her father, Harold Max Marsh. Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. Thursday March 9 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Snowflake Stake Center with a visitation one hour prior at the church and from 6-8 p.m. Wed. March 8 at Owens Mortuary in Snowflake. Burial will be in the Snowflake Cemetery. Owens Mortuary of Snowflake handled arrangements. (Obit: Owens Mortuary, Snowflake, AZ) See Also: Find A Grave |
