The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, August 19, 2009 Vivian Louise Morrow, 91, born June 23, 1918, in Chicago, Ill., passed away Aug. 19, 2009, in Prescott, Ariz. A memorial service will take place at a later date. Heritage Memory Mortuary in Prescott is caring for the family. ----------------------------------------- The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Saturday, October 03, 2009 Vivian L. Morrow, beloved wife of Robert G. Morrow of Prescott Valley, Ariz., passed away on Aug. 19, 2009. She was 91. A longstanding citizen of the Prescott area, Mrs. Morrow was born in Chicago, Ill., in 1918. She moved to California as a young girl and married Robert Morrow in 1937. They had three children and moved to Morenci, Ariz., in 1947. There, Mrs. Morrow worked as the town librarian, and later, after earning her degree, she was an elementary school librarian. Retiring in 1977, Mr. and Mrs. Morrow built a home in Prescott. They enjoyed traveling throughout the U.S. and Canada, as well as trips to the British Isles and Europe. Mrs. Morrow was very interested in tracing her ancestors and, with her husband and mother, found the original family home in England. Besides her husband of over 71 years, Mrs. Morrow is survived by her children, Robert Jr. (Susan), Patricia McFadden, Susan Mueller (Walter) and nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and one great-great- granddaughter. A memorial service for Mrs. Morrow will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, 2009, at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Prescott. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in her memory to the Alzheimer's Foundation or to Trinity Presbyterian Church, Prescott, Ariz.
