Aged Pioneer’s Funeral is Held.
Funeral services for Alfred W. Schoof, 72 year old pioneer Wickenburg miner, who passed away at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Nick Oberan Tuesday, were held this afternoon at the Wickenburg chapel, with the Rev. B. Ross Cleeland officiating.

Mr. Schoof had been in poor health for the past several years, and had been bedfast for about one month. His death followed a heart attack suffered Monday.

Mr. Schoof came here from Wisconsin, where he was engaged in the mining industry for many years. He is survived by four brothers, Fred, Lewis, Otto and George and one sister, Clara Schoof all of Janesville, Wis.

Interment was made in the Wickenburg cemetery, with Howard Coffinger in charge.
