| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Tuesday, September 01, 2009 James Casa, 82, of Mayer, Ariz., formally of Lockport, Ill., passed suddenly on Aug. 27, 2009, at YRMC in Prescott Valley, Ariz. He was preceded in death by his son, Kenneth Casa, on Sept. 8, 2008. He is survived by his wife Doris of 49 years, 7 months; two daughters, Karen Blackburn (James) and Audrey Davis (Ernie); one son, Jerome Casa (Debbie); several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 5, 2009, at the Calvary Bible Church in Mayer. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation.
