Sun City – Services for Philip Franklin MURRAY, 81, an Army veteran of both world wars and retired U. S. Parks Service ranger, will be Friday in Lundberg Sunland Chapel, 15826 N. Del Webb Blvd.

Mr. Murray, of 9949 Cameo Drive, moved here in 1974 from New York and died July 3, 1979, in Boswell Hospital.

He was the founding commander of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1682 in New York, a member of Youngtown WWI Barracks 1144 and Valley View Chess Club.

His wife, Marie, and son, Robert, survive.
