| Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home, Lake Havasu City, Arizona Frances Marie Eckert (April 30, 1916 ~ July 03, 2009) Frances Marie Eckert, 93, passed away on July 3, 2009 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born on April 30, 1916 in Lawrence, KS; to Norman and Abigail (Blevins) Nichols. Frances and her husband Rex moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ; 27 years ago from California. She worked as a billing clerk for Lady Di's Florist in Lake Havasu City, AZ; for 13 years. Frances is survived by her husband, Rex Eckert; son, Roger R. Eckert of Sylva, NC; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
