| The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ September 27, 2006, p. A12. Ralph Arthur Davis, age 74, passed away Sept. 23 in Goodyear, Ariz. Ralph was born and raised in Allen, Kan. He is survived by his wife Helen of Salome; daughters Barbara Strunk of Victoria, Minn., and Patricia Hill of Houston, Texas; son Scott Davis of South Hutchinson, Kan.; brother Richard Davis of Delta, Colo.; sister Betty Prutch of Denver, Colo.; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by daughter Candice in 1958 and brother Wilber in 1998. Services are pending at this time. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Hospice of the Valley or the American Lung Association. Davis, age 74, of Salome on Saturday Nov. 4 at 2 p.m. at the Wenden Bible Church with Pastors Frank Huffman and Lester Ray officiating. Ralph was born and raised in Allen, Kan. He served in the U.S. Navy in both the Korean and Vietnam Wars retiring in 1970. He is survived by his wife Helen, son Scott, daughters Patricia Hill and Barbara Strunk, a twin brother Richard Davis, sister Betty Prutch, five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Another memorial service and interment took place on Friday, Nov. 10 in Hutchinson, Kan. Arrangements were under the direction of Wickenburg Funeral Home. |
