| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Tuesday, September 15, 2009 Barbara V. Aggers, born Aug. 13, 1922, a resident of Albuquerque, N.M., for many years, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2009. She was a lifetime member of the B.P.O.E. Elks Lodge 499 in Flagstaff, Ariz. Her life was dedicated to her home, beautiful yard and garden where she fed the hummingbirds and pet turtles. Barbara was "special" to family and friends. She loved to do for others and will be missed by all. She will be laid to rest with her beloved husband, Charles E.
