| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Thursday, September 17, 2009 Manuel "Manny" Romero died Sept. 15, 2009, in Prescott, Ariz. He was born Dec. 20, 1943, in Lordsburg, N.M., the son of John and Louisa (Saiz) Romero. Manny grew up in and around Perris, Calif. He married Virginia Orona, and they had one daughter, Bernadina. Manny loved to fish and spend time with his grandchildren, Anthony and Breanna. In 2006, Manny moved to Cordes Lakes, where he enjoyed riding his trike and quad with his many friends. Manny is survived by his daughter Bernardina; sister Jessie Villalovos; and grandchildren Anthony and Breanna. A private cremation will take place. Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel assisted the family with arrangements.
