Maddigan, 72, of Black Canyon City, Ariz., born Sept. 9, 1936, in Boston, Mass., passed away Sept. 1, 2009, at the Bob Stump VA Medical Center, Hospice Unit, Prescott, Ariz. A private cremation will take place at the Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley, Ariz. and inurnment at the Prescott National Cemetery in Prescott.
